Returns & Refunds Policy

The Manroland Goss return and refund policy applies to all purchases made on the website. https://manrolandgoss.fr and specifies the conditions for return and refund of our industrial parts.

1. Overview

We sell new and used industrial parts to businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2C), both in France and internationally. Furthermore, we only accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, individual customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us of their decision via our contact form. The product must then be returned in accordance with the conditions set out below.

3. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging. Furthermore, the return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Defective Products

We only accept returns if the product has a proven defect. The customer must provide proof that the defect existed before receipt. After inspecting the product, we will determine whether the return is accepted.

5. Refusal to return

We refuse returns in the following cases: product used or assembled, product damaged after receipt, order error on the part of the customer, or breakage caused by the customer.

6. Refunds

Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will inform the customer whether the refund has been accepted or refused. If accepted, we will issue the refund via bank transfer within 14 days. If applicable, we will deduct the return shipping costs from the refund amount.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Therefore, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items.
