Donation of printing museum machinery: Manroland Goss supports the industrial history of printing

At Manroland Goss Web Systems France, we believe that the history of printing deserves to be preserved and passed on. It is in this spirit that we made a donation of machines to the’Printing Museum Workshop (AMI) in Malesherbes, the largest museum in Europe dedicated to printing.

The Printing Museum Workshop: 600 years of graphic history

Founded by Mr. and Mrs. Maury, AMI traces more than 600 years of graphic evolution through a journey of more than 5,000 m². The museum combines interactive workshops and educational spaces accessible to all audiences. More 150 machines exhibited there, bearing witness to the evolution of techniques and industrial know-how in the graphic sector.

This unique site in Europe allows visitors to discover firsthand the history of printing techniques, from Gutenberg to modern rotary presses. Furthermore, the interactive workshops offer an immersive experience for students and industry professionals.

Why this donation aligns with our values

By supporting AMI, we contribute to the preservation of industrial heritage of the printing industry. Furthermore, this approach promotes the transmission of know-how to future generations. The donated machines thus find a second life, serving education and technical culture.

Furthermore, this gesture demonstrates our deep commitment to the roots of our business. Manroland Goss Web Systems France was born from decades of innovation in rotary offset printing. Supporting the preservation of this history is therefore also a way of honoring our own industrial heritage.

A lasting commitment to industrial culture

This donation of machinery to the printing museum confirms Manroland Goss's commitment to preserving and promoting technical heritage. We warmly thank the AMI team for their hospitality and their work in preserving the equipment. We hope that these machines will continue to inspire visitors for many years to come.
